The plaintiffs bring their action against the defendant claiming that they are the beneficiaries named in a policy of insurance issued by the defendant on the life of Abraham Samuels, of Greenwood, S. C., which defendant refuses to pay. The complaint alleges that the said Abraham Samuels at the solicitation of J. C. Rushton, the soliciting agent of the defendant, on the 22d day of July, 1927, made written application to the defendant for a policy of life insurance in the sum of $1,000.00, naming the plaintiffs as beneficiaries; that…
