Before the Court is the motion (the “Motion”) [Docket No. 16] filed by General Atlantic LLC (“GA”) and Braden Kelly (“Kelly”) (collectively, the “Defendants”) to dismiss the complaint (the “Complaint”) [Docket No. 1] filed by NHB Assignments LLC, the Liquidating Trustee in these post-confirmation Chapter 11 proceedings (the “Trustee”).
