This action was brought in the circuit court of Grundy county to recover damages for the alleged wrongful killing of John W. Sansom, the husband of the plaintiff below. A jury was impaneled to try the cause, and the plaintiff introduced her evidence. After the plaintiff had introduced all of her testimony, the defendant demurred to the evidence, and the plaintiff joined issue thereon.
