William Buchanan died at Norwalk in 1910, leaving a will which was duly admitted to probate. Upon the settlement of his estate, the remainder was turned over to-predecessors of the plaintifF to be held in trust for the life use of Edward G. Buchanan. Edward died in 1934, and the purpose of the trust having thereby been terminated, the plaintiff brought this action, seeking, through a declaratory judgment, an answer as to the proper disposition of various stock dividends, received by the trustees during Edward’s lifetime.
