MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

The plaintiff, Mohinder P. Chadha, M.D., filed an amended complaint on July 23, 1999, against defendants Myer B. Shimelman, M.D. (Shimelman) and Neil J. Grey, M.D. (Grey). The plaintiff alleges that the defendants acted in reckless disregard of the plaintiff's rights by taking action against the plaintiff's license to practice medicine.
