Proceedings supplementary to judgment are regulated by Civil Practice Act, article 45, Section 779 thereof provides in part: “ Upon proof by affidavit that any person or corporation has, or that there is reason to believe that he or it has, property of the judgment debtor exceeding ten dollars in value, or is indebted to him, in a like sum, the court shall make an order requiring that person or corporation to attend at a time and place specified in the order, to be examined as a third party concerning such property, money or indebtedness. * * * The attorney for the judgment creditor may at…
