The George Clay Steam Fire Engine and Hose Company (the petitioner, hereinafter referred to as the “company”) appeals to this court from a decision and order of the Human Relations Commission that found the company in violation of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Act of October 27, 1955, P.L. 744, as amended, 43 P.S. §§ 951-962.2 (the Act). The company asks that this court reverse the decision of the commission because the hearing examiner committed errors of law and fact.
