Presently before this Court is the motion for summary judgment filed by UNISYS Corporation (UNISYS), Mellon Bank, N.A., as trustee (Mellon) and Raymond W. Ross, Jr., individually and on behalf of a class of all others similarly situated (Ross) (collectively, Petitioners).
UNISYS is a Delaware corporation that established a Savings Plan and a Retirement Plan (Plans) to encourage savings and to provide retirement and other benefits to the employees of UNISYS who are members of the Plans.1 The members contribute a portion of their compensation to the Plans and UNISYS matches those…
