Plaintiff-appellant, Thomas J. Wozniak, appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of defendant-appellee, Ronald Tonidandel. Plaintiff brought a legal malpractice claim against defendant as a result of defendant’s representation of plaintiff in the litigation surrounding the administration of the estate of plaintiffs mother. The trial court granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment because plaintiff had filed his complaint outside the applicable statute of limitations for a legal malpractice claim.
