Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Columbia County (Czajka, J.), rendered January 7, 1999, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of robbery in the second degree, criminal mischief in the third degree and resisting arrest.
Defendant was the subject of an indictment charging him with robbery in the second degree, criminal mischief in the third degree and resisting arrest.
