OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

MEYERS, Judge,

delivered the unanimous opinion of the Court.

Appellant was arrested for driving while intoxicated. At the pretrial hearing, Appellant’s motions to suppress evidence were denied. Pursuant to a plea agreement, Appellant pled no contest. Appellant was sentenced to confinement in the county jail for six months and assessed a fine of $2,000. 1 Appellant appealed the trial court’s adverse ruling on his pretrial motions to suppress evidence.
