From the foregoing portions of the material evidence, the evidence tended to show that the plaintiff sold this liquor to the defendant, under the assumption that he was acting either as a partner or as an agent or in behalf of W. B. Roberts and the County Line Liquor Store; and that the plaintiff company, a licensed wholesale liquor dealer, did not knowingly sell this order of whisky in violation of Code (Ann.
