This litigation arose over the voting control of a Pennsylvania corporation of the second class, the monetary value of whose stock appears presently to be of little value. The contest is between the sellers of a majority of such stock and the purchasers thereof under a conditional sale. Additional defendants were added whose rights arose through the purchasers.
