MARTIN, Circuit Judge.
The appellants, James P. Cox and Wav-erly Stader, obtained judgments in a Kentucky state court against William G. Hare, a private in the United States Army, for damages for personal injuries caused by the negligence of the soldier in operating an automobile.
The appellee, Government Employees Insurance Company, filed a declaratory judgment suit in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky against appellants and the soldier, invoking the judgment of the court that the soldier was not an insured by virtue of the terms of a policy of automobile…
