This action is brought by Plaintiff Nina K. Behrens pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”). Plaintiff is a Senior Diplomatic Interpreter with the Department of State, and principally alleges that she was denied certain high-level interpreting assignments as retaliation for bringing earlier discrimination complaints against her supervisors, which were settled in April 2012.
