On October 10, 1931, claimant 1 sustained a com- pensable accident. After receiving compensation under an open agreement for some time, a supplemental agreement was entered into providing for payments under Sec. 306(c) (Act of June 2, 1915, P. L. 736, art. III, as amended, April 13, 1927, P. L. 186, sec. 1) for the loss of a leg.
