MEMORANDUM OPINION
SCHEINDLIN, District Judge.
Plaintiff Theodore H. Rosenblatt, a white man, alleges that he was discharged from his employment as a lawyer because he is married to a black woman. He sues his employer, Bivona & Cohen, P.C., for violating 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and the New York State Executive Law.
