BROOMFIELD, District Judge.

This Amended Order corrects typographical errors in the Court’s previous Order entered on September 30, 2004. Appellant Logan T. Johnston III, a Chapter 11 debtor, filed an adversary proceeding pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(h) against his former wife and her lawyer alleging that they had prosecuted contempt proceedings in state court in willful violation of the Bankruptcy Code’s automatic stay.
