Plaintiff’s negligence action resulted in a jury verdict for $14,563.90. The award was made for injuries received when his automobile collided with a school bus driven by defendant Vincent and owned by defendant school district. The circuit judge entered the judgment and denied a motion for new trial.

Defendants appeal, claiming that the verdict is against the great weight of the evidence, that the circuit judge should have granted a new trial because of newly-discovered evidence, and that the circuit judge committed various errors of inclusion and omission in his jury charge.
