Plaintiff, Nora Curylo, filed a complaint for divorce in the Livingston County Circuit Court on November 3, 1977. At this, time the trial court entered an ex parte order granting temporary custody of the parties’ three minor children to plaintiff. Defendant answered the complaint on December 1, 1977. On January 10, 1978, he moved to have custody changed to himself. The court referred the matter to the Friend of the Court for investigation. On July 31, 1978, the Friend of the Court recommended that plaintiff be awarded custody.
