Pro se plaintiff Laura Jones brought this employment discrimination action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), see 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et. seq., as amended, and the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, against former President Bush, the Director of' the Office of Administration (“OA”) in the Executive Office of the President (“EOP”), and nine other White House employees.
