2Per curiam
Michael M. Choy, proceeding pro se, appeals from the judgment entered against him by the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in an action alleging employment discrimination. We will affirm.

In August 2008, Choy filed a counseled complaint against Comcast Cable Communications, alleging that Comcast fired him in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, 42 U.S.C, § 1981, and in violation of the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA), N.J.
