S., 3288, prohibits persons from carrying on business in this State “under assumed name, or under any designation, name or style other than the real name of the individual owning, conducting or transacting such business,” unless a certificate is filed by such person in the office of the clerk of the Superior Court, in the county where such business is carried on, setting forth the name under which such business is conducted or transacted, and the true or real full name of the persons conducting or transacting the same, with the home and postoffice address of such person; and punishment for…
