George Liadis appeals the grant of summary judgment to defendant Sears in this Ohio state law action, based on diversity, for intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract. We are asked to determine whether, under Ohio law, we should apply a totality-of-the-circumstances test in evaluating a claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress devoid of any connection to a Title VII claim.
