The individual plaintiffs are the representatives of the certified class of professional soccer players who are or who have been employed by the defendant Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”). MLS is a limited liability company (“LLC”) organized under Delaware law. See generally DeLCode Ann. tit. 6, §§ 18-101, el. seq. (1996). The defendant United States Soccer Federation, Inc.
