This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of appellee, City of San Antonio, against appellant, Eastern Development and Investment Corporation. Judgment was rendered against appellant for utility service rendered by appellee to appellant as the alleged owner of Les Chateaux, West Gate and North Gate Apartments, in San Antonio, Texas.
