Judith Burket (Appellant) appeals from the final judgment of the trial court and its order denying her post-trial motion for *337judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Rheem Manufacturing Company (Rheem or Cross-Appellant) appeals from the final judgment of the trial court and its order denying its post-trial motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or alternatively for additur. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
