Plaintiff-appellant in this diversity action seeks compensatory and punitive damages against the defendant-appellee insurance company for its allegedly wrongful refusal to pay and its allegedly deceitful defense against appellant’s claim under the uninsured motorist provisions of an automobile insurance policy.
