The action is one brought to foreclose a mortgage made by the defendant Emma A. Robinson, as trustee, to the plaintiff for §5,000, The defense is that there was never any valuable or other legal consideration for the execution or delivery of the bond and mortgage to the plaintiff; that the defendant in such execution and delivery acted as trustee under a certain instrument creating her the trustee for her children, Lucius Robinson and Emma D.
