This is an appeal from a judgment of the court of the Eighth Judicial District dismissing the plaintiff’s petition, on the ground that his action could not be maintained because it was founded upon a litigious right purchased by him, he being an attorney at law practising in the court before which the right was to fre enforced. The plaintiff has taken this appeal.
