Henry Scheidt was convicted by a jury of possession of a sawed-off shotgun (Pen. Code, § 12020, subd. (a)) 1 and possession of a concealable firearm (“a shotgun”) by a felon (§ 12021.1). During trial he admitted having served a prior prison term within the meaning of section 667.5, subdivision (b).
