MEMORANDUM
LEGG, District Judge.
Plaintiff brought this suit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 ei seq. (“Title VII”) alleging that defendant, his former employer, discriminated against him on the basis of race and that this discrimination took the form of differential treatment and ultimately, his termination. Following discovery, defendant moved for summary judgment.
