RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.
The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB or Board), pursuant to section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA or the Act), 29 U.S.C. § 160(e), seeks enforcement of a bargaining order issued against the respondent company, Del Rey Tortilleria, Inc. (the Company). The Board found that the Company violated section 8(a)(1) and (5) of the Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (5), by refusing to bargain with the intervenor, Local 76, International Ladies’ Garment Workers Union, AFL-CIO (the Union), and by refusing to provide information the Union needed to carry out its…
