Plaintiff New Bedford Marine Rescue, Inc. (“plaintiff’), a Massachusetts corporation with a principal place of business in New Bedford, Massachusetts, filed this admiralty and maritime claim under Rule 9(h) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (“Rule 9(h)”) against defendant Cape Jeweler’s Inc.
