This case is submitted upon an agreed statement of facts which, together with the admitted statements in the brief of the defendant, are as follows:

The deceased and insured, Blaine G. Yeoman, enlisted in the military service on May 20, 1918, and was discharged on April 4, 1919, by reason of demobilization. While in service, the insured was granted a $10,000 war risk insurance policy in which he named as beneficiary his mother, Mrs. Emily Yeoman.
