This is an appeal from an order entered in the bankruptcy court, Matter of Littleton, 82 B.R. 640 (Bankr.S.D.Ga.1988) and affirmed by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, holding that a foreclosure sale instituted by the appellant, Philadelphia Savings Fund Society (“Philadelphia Savings”), and the *91subsequent conveyance by Philadelphia Savings to appellant First Federal Savings and Loan Association (“First Federal”) were fraudulent transfers under 11 U.S.C. § 548(a).
