Sandra Davis seeks to invalidate a foreclosure sale conducted prior to the petition date by a secured creditor, Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation (formerly known as Merrill Lynch Equity Management, Inc.) (“Merrill Lynch”), at which Victor Warren Properties, Inc. (“VWP”) was the successful bidder. The property at issue is a residence located at 1295 West Garmon Road, Atlanta, Georgia (“the Property”).
