JAMES R. DOWD, Judge.
Frank Soltysiak appeals the denial of his motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, his motion to amend judgment by remittitur, and from the trial court’s grant of respondent Brockman’s motion for attorneys’ fees and additur of interest after a jury trial. We affirm the trial court’s judgment on the plaintiffs breach of contract claim and attorneys’ fees, but modify the judgment as to the amount of interest owed under the contract.
