This is an equitable proceeding to impress a mechanic’s lien on the real property located at 7995 Dunn Road in an unincorporated area of St. Louis County in the amount of $178,182.80 plus interest and to have the mechanic’s lien declared superior to the lien of a deed of trust and a security agreement of record.
