Lynn and Ronnie Goforth claim that their infant daughter, Evelyn L. Goforth, was improperly given certain medication, causing her to have seizures and to incur unnecessary medical expenses. The Go-forths also claim that the medication was improperly administered due to negligence by her doctor, J. Colton Bradshaw, her pharmacist, Bill Buckman, and Buckman’s pharmacy, Buckman Drug Store.
