This is an appeal from a forcible-detain-er action. Appellee, Related Arbor Court, LLC, owns a Section 8 low-income housing project in which the appellant, Diana Washington, was a tenant. Arbor Court filed the forcible-detainer action in justice court seeking Washington’s eviction for several alleged lease violations, including non-payment of rent. Both the justice court and, on appeal, the county civil court at law, ordered Washington evicted from her apartment.
