This action was instituted in the district court of McCurtain county, Okla., by J. C. McDougald against the incorporated town of Broken Bow, Billy Morgan, Ed D. Scott, Wesley Blackburn, Albert Hicks, Jack Wright, and J. C. Metcalf, clerk, and their successors in office, to enjoin the issuance of coupon bonds of the municipality of Broken Bow to raise funds to construct a town hall and jail, as authorized at an election held for that purpose, as provided by section 27, art. 10 of the Constitution.
