STRUCKMEYER, Vice Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a verdict and judgment of guilty of the crime of murder in the first degree, a violation of A.R.S. §§ 13 — 451 and 13 — 452, with a sentence thereon of life imprisonment.

On December 29,1975, between 7:00 p. m. and 7:30 p. m., Agnes T. Cota went to the Saddle Horn Lounge in Phoenix, Arizona. She was joined by the defendant and they left the lounge together at about 10:30 p. m. They were later seen at the Horseshoe Lounge, which they left at about 11:45 p. m.
