OPINION AND ORDER
SOTOMAYOR, District Judge.
Plaintiff Michael Aziz Zarif Shabazz, a/k/a Michael Hurley, an inmate presently con fined at Shawangunk Correctional Facility, brings this Section 1983 action pro se alleging that defendants violated his constitutional rights while he was confined at Green Haven Correctional Facility in 1990 and 1992. Discovery having been concluded, defendants now move for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(b). 1 For the reasons to be discussed below, the Court grants defendants’ motion.
