Advanced Health-Care Services (AHCS) appeals from the district court’s dismissal of three cases it filed against several defendants. In two of these, Docket Nos. 89-2376 and 89-2377, AHCS appeals the district court’s order of dismissal, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6), and its refusal to grant leave to amend the complaint upon AHCS’s motion for reconsideration.
