The appellant Floyd Freeman filed a complaint in two paragraphs against the appellee Thomas H. King to recover damages for personal injuries he allegedly sustained, and for loss of services and medical expenses he allegedly incurred as a result of injuries sustained by his wife Shirley I. Freeman and their minor daughter Brenda Kay Freeman as a result of a collision between an automobile being driven by appellant Floyd Freeman in which Shirley I.
