EVANS, Circuit Judge.

Sprint Nextel has petitioned for leave to appeal the district court’s remand to state court of a class action against it. The complaint alleged violations of the Kansas Unfair Trade and Consumer Protection Act. The district court declined to exercise jurisdiction on the ground that the suit fell within the home-state exception to the Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA). See 28 U.S.C. § 1382(d)(4)(B).
