'I. The following provisions are to be found in our ■'Constitution: The right of trial by jury shall be se■•■cured to all, and remain inviolate forever.—Section 3, Dec. of Rights. The number of jurors for the trial of • causes in any court may be fixed by law, but shall not Vbe less than six in any case.—Section 38, Art. V.
