This cause is here by appeal on the part of the plaintiff from a judgment of the St. Louis Circuit Court in favor of the defendants and dismissing plaintiff’s bill.
*518This action was brought by the plaintiff, Louis Blum, against New; York Life Insurance Company, Fannie Blum, wife of the plaintiff, and Melvin Blum, son of Louis and Fannie Blum.
