The motion for the substitution of a solicitor in the place of the present solicitor of the complainant does not touch the question of the right of the present solicitor to retain such papers as may be in his hands until the payment of his lien by the complainant. The complainant simply attempts to exercise his right of change ing his solicitor at his volition by substituting a new solicitor of record.
